Investment Tips
You'll never find me giving stock tips or investment advice, firstly because I know next to nothing on the subject and secondly I would never presume to tell another person what to do with their money.
But I would love to weigh in on a great place to dump a bunch of cash that you'll never see again after this "enterprise" goes tits up in 10 months.
"Current". Former Vice-President Al Gore's new venture. In an attempt to create a "television homepage for the internet generation" (that's a phrase that sounds like it was poll grouped) Current will be a "non-partisan" look at stories that interest 18-34 year olds and get them involved in the... wait for it... "dialog of democracy".
Take a look at this picture. Big Al is pictured at a press junket with producers and hosts Laura Ling and Gotham Chopra (yes, son of Deepak. I just had to add my own captions. What are they thinking?
Laura: "He did not just say we're gonna count every viewer! Keep smiling... I need this gig."
